The Company will provide three service visits at the owner’s request in every Contract year to clean and make any necessary adjustments.

EMERGENCY VISITS
The customer will immediately inform the Company of any fault and at the Company’s expense effect any necessary adjustment so that the machine is in good working order, provided the machines has not been altered or repaired other than by the Company’s Engineer. These visits will be made during the Company’s normal working hours.

REPLACEMENT PARTS
A charge will be made for replacement parts fitted to the machine including supplies (e.g. Ribbons, Rolls, etc.)

The contract does not include the renovation of cabinets, cash drawers or external fittings.
|
| 5. |
The contract shall be for 12 (twelve) months from the date indicated on the contract.
|
| 6. |
Should the machines or equipment be removed from the stated premises the customer undertakes to inform the Company as soon as possible.
|
| 7. |
This contract does not include damage to printing mechanism caused by non use or use of incorrect till rolls, ink ribbons or any misuse of the machines.
